I've just seen this on Twitter from a woman JY has accused of sexual assualt. When will that extremely ill and dangerous person be stopped?

Jonathan Yaniv has appeared in court on the weapons charge (waving a taser during an online chat waits Blair White).

He has pleaded guilty. The judge order a psych evaluation and pre-sentencing report.

Jonathan Yaniv also managed to find time to make a complaint about Kari Simpson stalking him because she was there to report on the case as part of her job. He shouted ‘You’re not allowed to be here, Bitch’.

Police tried to stop Chris Elston from leaving the building at the same time as Yaniv. Chris told them that they were infringing upon his rights and was able to leave.

I don't know what the likely sentence is, but I don't suppose it will involve prison. Probably just as well as I imagine they would send Yaniv to a women's prison.

What’s the likely punishment? Will they actually do it anyway? I hope Kari has the opportunity to bring charges.

There's a good chance it'll be someone who's drunk the koolaid.

The psych report could make interesting reading. I don't believe he is mentally ill, simply predatory and narcissistic.

I hope this means the spurious case against Amy Hamm will now be dropped.
