Just need a quick vent over womxn day post

I follow someone on instagram, i've just seen a post bout womxn day. Including all genders, oppression, so fourth. I'm so tempted to reply this but decided not too but need to post it somewhere so it's off my chest! Their post has really annoyed me, accompanied with a lovely image of her breastfeeding her 3 year old, she always seemed against gendered clothes etc, I suppose I expected more of her.

If your feminism includes ripping away womens dignity, privacy and safety, it isn't feminism, it's oppressive. If you believe lesbianism includes males, it's oppressive. If you believe being gay includes females, it's oppressive. If you believe gender stereotypes and gender are the same, it's oppressive. So I do not wish you a happy womxn day. Happy belated womens day, should you decide to stand against the patriarchy like you claim.

Me too. Got a friend who pompously virtue signals about how inclusive she is in using "womxn" as opposed to "woman". I always feel like asking her if she also uses the term "mxn", but I've muted her instead.

What is the x meant to signal anyway? Or, alternatively, what's so exclusive about the replaced 'e'?

Maybe we should start the womXXn trend.

Hard to get much more XX than breasfeeding the baby you gestated and birthed.

I am sick of people using a sense of self righteousness to replace reasoned debate, particularly applies on internet sites where you just post a message of your own moral worth and block criticisms.
