Just came on here to see if this had been posted - excellent article.

There is a lot of marching still to do, sisters, and it starts this afternoon outside the Scottish Parliament at 2pm, when women from across Scotland will demonstrate for their right to be, well, women.

Thanks for link 334bu. Incidentally, there was a thread about the origins of IWD while ago. Susan mentions a strike by women garment workers which I didn’t know about.
