"Redstockings" was a name taken in 1969 by one of the founding women's liberation groups in USA. Ths is their archive, "Building on What's Been Won
By Knowing What's Been Done! " www.redstockings.org/index.php/about-the-archives

Thanks for this - really interesting link.

When I click on the link, it goes to ‘Page not found’, every time. But when I type redstockings.org that takes me to the Redstockings page. Weird, but worth persevering.

I remember Redstockings from the 70s and still love the name! It still seems to be quietly active, recently calling for proper national healthcare for example. That’s still radical in the USA, so good for them.
