I love, love, love Chiquitos and went there for my birthday last year. It was grim. There were lots of flies (around 50) flying around, resting on the walls, on the bar... We were sat right in front of the bar and I eventually had to ask them to remove their soaking cloths from the bar because the flies were being attracted to the sweet liquids soaked into them .
