Leaving aside the obvious, what have they achieved to be ‘woman of the year’? What good works have they done? What way have they set an example to women (ignoring anything they achieved before they decided to present in a way that reinforced stereotypes)? It can’t be ‘breaking stereotypes’ as they are relying on stereotypes and reinforcing them. Company success generally took place while they presented as their sex. If breaking down prejudice, prejudice against whom? Certainly not women?
