Permission to proceed to a full hearing has been granted today in a high-profile judicial review claim challenging the current practice of prescribing puberty-blocking drugs to children with gender dyphoria. The case will be heard by the Divisional Court later this year. Jeremy Hyam QC and Alasdair Henderson are representing the claimants, instructed by Sinclairslaw.
