Briefly - nearly all women are able to pick up a chair in a particular way, while nearly all men are unable to do so...

It's almost as if men and women have different bodies and that the differences are not just confined to genitalia! Who knew???
I suggest that a chair is placed outside every public toilet and if you can pick it up - as outlined in the challenge - then you can use the women's facility. If not, you have to use the men's.
