So, american journalist Gayle King asks about Kobe Bryant rape case, during an interview, and is threatened with death by people including Snoop Dogg accusing her of being a "b*tch".

There are enough outrages concerning the media here without delving into the USA.

! thank you Op. I’m British but I’d heard of Gayle and not just as Oprah’s best friend. She has spoken out about sexual abuse before.

I just saw a Malcolm X quote being used about this “the most disrespected person in America is the black woman. The most unprotected person in America is the black woman. The most neglected person in America is the black woman.”
I suspect there is sone ageism in there too, there has been a lack of support for her, in the sharing of the clip without context and since..

@OneEpisode I read it on the news, and as a black woman she was apparently meant to just be silent about Kobe Bryant's case. Also, it was a brief moment, she talked about other things in the interview.

I haven’t watched the full interview but the press reports it as just a part.

There are plenty of white men saying negative things about Kobe.

Is Snoop saying anything about them? NOPE. Just about a Black woman. Cowardly and sexist.
