The new Stonewall-drafted CPS 'Hate Crime' schools guidance

It currently can only be accessed via a password-protected account and it's only available for schools and teachers. However, some who have seen it have been horrified by it and leaked it.

Among many other things, it states:

• girls have no right to single-sex toilets and do not even have the right to express their discomfort about this.

• lesbian girls who 'reject' biological males who identify as girls are committing a hate crime if the rejection is due to their 'perceived trans identity', and it calls on pupils to inform on each other when this happens (it doesn't define what 'rejection' means)

• it seems to follow on from recent guidance that if a girl has a problem with a naked biological male in a changing room, it's up to the girl to find somewhere else to get changed

Stonewall need to be investigated and dismantled. They are no longer fit for purpose and don’t speak for women.

Surely there must be some way to challenge Stonewall for providing guidance that is legally wrong?

Whilst we still have the protection of the law we had better use it to it’s fullest advantage.

They are a self appointed group who have been infiltrated, friends in low places indeed. Some of us are old enough have seen it before - do they never learn?

Surely by 'reject' the mean, rejecting sexual advances? Otherwise there would be no need to stipulate 'lesbian' would there?

So they are saying that if a lesbian girl says that she doesn't want to go out with someone at school because they have a penis, then, if person identifies as a girl, that is a fucking HATE CRIME?

Reminds me of something which I won’t say...

Do the diversity role models embrace everyone’s diversity including girl / boy as per dictionary - or is that too diverse/extreme?

Also what do the diversity role models do in biology lessons?!

Our school has mentors - all younger children are supported by an older child. Works well and I really like it. Seems much more inclusive to me.

Not sure if there is training / what the older children do if there is a proper concern.

‘Diversity’, just like ‘inclusion’, now just refers to transgender (though called LGBT). Race, religion, disability does not get a look in.
