Just seen interview about this new play and it sounds fab and fascinating. Feminist themes. For those outside London it's going to be live streamed to cinemas in May.

They had Lucy Kirkwood on Front Row. She was really good. The play sounds really good. I think there will be a bit of a crush trying to get into our local cinema in May.

IIRC, she mentioned MN as one of her research sources

I've seen Maxine Peake in a few things at Manchester Royal Exchange - Miss Julie (brilliant), Hamlet (meh) and The Skriker (Peake was amazing, but the play was bizarre).

Anything with her in it is very good, in my opinion.

I saw her on BBC breakfast this morning- I didn't realise it was in cinemas, so thanks for the heads up.

I have my ticket for May and am very excited about it. Maxine Peake is always wonderful no matter what she's in and this sounds so interesting.

Maxine is great and it’s good to see her in anything, and to watch her career go from strength to strength, just re watched dinner ladies last night, and she was very funny as Twinkle, definitely will be watching out for this.
