The American Red Cross has moved to self ID for donations... I can’t understand how their lawyers have allowed this. Won’t they be liable if a man dies or is harmed after receiving a donation from a previously pregnant female who self-IDs as male?

That is crazy GrinitchSpinach but I am sure someone on FWR posted that they went to donate blood in the UK recently and the form they filled in asked for "Gender"
