I just got round to listening to this and am blown away by it, especially the second half of the podcast that mentions AGP and the loudest TRAs. I'm amazed that it hasn't had more coverage, seems like I'm not alone in having been distracted by the upheaval of Christmas and the New Year.
After listening to the podcast I searched for his peer reviewed paper that was released on 14th December, and having read it am astounded that the mainstream media have completely ignored such a damning indictment of transgenderist scientific standards.

He very clearly shows how the AAP repeatedly misrepresent the conclusions of the research papers they site in their paper "proving" that gender affirmation is the only acceptable approach when treating children with gender dysphoria.
They also misrepresent the results of research on conversion therapy, claiming it covered conversion therapy of gender nonconforming children, when in reality all the conversion therapy was aimed at sexual orientation - non of it had anything to do with gender identity. This makes the research into conversion therapy completely irrelevant yet they site it to underpin their own false conclusions.
The truly horrific thing is that those running GIDs in the UK have swallowed this obviously substandard, non scientific drivel, hook line and sinker, and Stonewall is busy pushing it to our government, schools, the NHS and major institutions.
The so called science behind the affirmation only pathway turns out to have been based on misrepresentations and outright lies. In reality watchful waiting is still the best choice since between 80 and 95% of prepubescent children with gender dysphoria are cured by puberty.
In the podcast he says there has been no response at all from the AAP to his peer reviewed paper pointing out all the errors in their work. Is this another of those cases where they hope if they refuse to respond and accuse him of transphobia it will all go away?
