What is the TRA name for biological women?

NotTerfNorCis · 24/12/2019 15:07

It's not 'woman' because they include males in that.

It's not 'biological woman' or 'adult human female' for the same reason.

It's not 'cis woman' because that excludes women who don't identify as women.

It's not 'afab' because, first, that's an adjective not a noun, and second, it means 'assigned female' - so technically, a male person could be assigned female at birth.

That leaves no word at all for biological woman. Isn't that a big problem? TRAs and TRA supporters - can you answer this one?

Surely TRAs think it is okay to assign a label to someone if within the context of their ideology the label is factually correct?

Cwenthryth · 24/12/2019 16:15

I’m not sure there’s any kind of TRA authority on these things though, and we’d be likely to get different answers if we asked different individuals/organisations this question. That would be a really interesting exercise actually, although I expect few would care to answer, sadly. Would love to be wrong on that.

KatvonHostileExtremist · 24/12/2019 16:28

Isn't it "non men"

LangCleg · 24/12/2019 16:30

They want to abolish sex. That's the entire point. They can't, of course, but what they can do is make life hell for women until a critical mass of opposition is reached, which it will be, and then Sexit will make Brexit look like a genteel tea party and everyone will suffer.

This is what happens when you give cluster Bs, the pomo-addled and silly posh children free rein.

Sprinklemetinsel · 24/12/2019 16:33

Natal women? Isn't that people who were Afab and still are?

NotTerfNorCis · 24/12/2019 16:44

'Natal women' is a good one, but a single word rather than an adjective + noun would be better.

This is about what tra want to use though.

The whole point is there mustn't be a word for the female sex as a group.

YouJustDoYou · 24/12/2019 16:52

TRA name for biological women is "cervix haver", or "cerver". We are "cervers" to all penis havers. We "cerv" them, their needs, their wants, their desires, their demands. As "cervers", we do not question what they want, what they say, what they demand, what they desire.

MyMajesty · 24/12/2019 16:55

There can't be special rules to privilege some in society while everyone else has to obey.

There can, and there still are in many places.
TRAs are making great progress with this in the West.

MyMajesty · 24/12/2019 16:59

It's pointless trying to use TRA-approved vocabulary to say anything sensible.
It makes things too confusing - which is the whole idea.

terfsandwich · 24/12/2019 17:03

There isn't one - that's the intention. The definition has been Queered; the boundaries blurred, the distinctions shifted.

So much progressive!

Vulvamort · 24/12/2019 17:37

There isn't one word they will use for the 3.8 billion humans who are biologically female.
That's the point.
To name us is to concede that we exist as a category of importance, which excludes men.
To discuss us in our entirety makes us real and meaningful and tangible, and recognises that as a group we exist because of common biology.

This is the most fundamental cornerstone of trans ideology.
Un-name us.
No name, no rights.
Reduce us to parts, divide us by personality, merge us with men.
Never, ever, recognise us as a discrete group.

FFSFFSFFS · 24/12/2019 18:03

My research has found that the most common term used by TRAs for actual women is "TERF" or "c*nt".

I don't think they'd mind which one if these you use. Bless them.

@Vulvamort
Brilliant - death to the vulva. And would be absolutely hilarious were it not so depressingly true.

😂😂😂😂😂 oh my god, I'm stealing this!!!

HarrietThePi · 25/12/2019 13:40

I think it's "femme or female and non-binary identifying folx"

HarrietThePi · 25/12/2019 13:42

Ah wait no sorry that's not right.

I think it depends on the context.

E.g. Uterus-owners. Mensturators. Pregnant people.

HorseWithNoHumbuggery · 26/12/2019 11:49

xx human?

BatShite · 26/12/2019 13:13

From what I have seen..usually terf. Or bitch. Or bigot. Take your pick. Such a lovely bunch.

NotTerfNorCis · 26/12/2019 16:06

They won't allow 'xx human' because chromosomes don't predict sex, and no one can accurately say what their chromosomes are if not tested... apparently.

OP posts:
ThemoonisanAmericanism · 26/12/2019 17:06

‘ no one can accurately say what their chromosomes are if not tested... apparently.‘

Are there any intersex conditions where you have XY chromosomes and can get pregnant without medical intervention?

If not, then can’t the majority of women know they are xx due to pregnancy?

Fraggling · 26/12/2019 17:26

No, no one can ever categorically say they are female even if county, with periods, breasts, babies etc.

I mean unless they say they feel it, then that's an absolute unassailable fact.

Michelleoftheresistance · 26/12/2019 17:26

no one can accurately say what their chromosomes are if not tested... apparently

This has been the case for the history of the human race. It has never stopped people knowing the difference between male and female, apart from the very very small fraction of the populace with DSDs. Who are not trans and do not exist to prove that typical XYs can change sex if they want to.

People breed horses, cats, dogs, cattle, sheep, hamsters, rabbits, etc etc day after day and have done through history without ever checking chromosomes. There are only two biological sexes. This is a fact. Sorry about that, I get to some it's a really inconvenient fact, but it is a fact.
