The disciplinary appeal panel at University of Huddersfield has unanimously decided that I broke no university regulations when I shared the details of the transphobia complaint against me: my 'official warning' has been withdrawn and the complaint expunged from my record.
The Dean of the School of Music, Humanities and Media had previously decided I had broken FOUR regs, and he issued a sanction without any due process, thereby disregarding the rules, as well as the principles of natural justice.
