Compare that map with the SNPs policies and you're left assuming most of the Scottish public must not realize what the policies are (though WTF is going on in NE Fife). The strongly agree and strongly disagree percentages are so close that you'd think the wisest thing to do would be not to commit to either side in terms of electoral strategy, but I suppose named person shows they think they can push things through with little public support. Expending to look at England and Wales too the only strong support over 45% areas I can see are all in London, and the strongest support outside London is in uni towns like Durham. So basically students and academics strong yes, rural areas tons of strongly opposed, lots of people not committing. The Plaid Cymru position also seems oddly out of keeping with how many dark pink areas they have.
Also interesting that the question posed is at the very mild end in terms of support for gender stuff (someone could choose to change their name and identify as a different gender and do nothing else and I think most adults would see that as a phase a child might grow out of). I'd like to see the responses to questions about "puberty blockers" for tween and teens and surgery for older teens, and for access to women's/girls spaces. I'd be very surprised (and horrified honestly) to see as much support for elective mastectomies for girls in their late teens, which makes me wonder how many people even know about that.
