Social Security Scotland (taking over provision of various benefits which are being devolved over the next few years) are consulting on their Equality Strategy.
They mention ‘protected characteristics’ without listing them but it will be worth pointing out that in order to monitor sex equality they will need to make sure they accurately record sex.
