Husting question on sex games gone wrong and domestic violence, women killed by partners/ex partners

Hi, I would like to craft an effective Husting question on women, please.

I am concerned by the fact the general election has halted the progress of the Domestic Abuse Bill.

www.itv.com/news/calendar/2019-10-31/life-changing-domestic-abuse-bill-faces-further-delays-due-to-general-election/

"The Domestic Abuse Bill was originally introduced in Parliament back in July.

The proposals would give better protection to those fleeing violence by placing a new legal duty on councils to provide secure homes for them and their children.

It would also introduce the first legal Government definition of domestic abuse, which would include economic abuse and controlling and manipulative non-physical behaviour.

173 People died in domestic violence-related homicides last year."

And having looked at the website, Counting dead women

kareningalasmith.com/counting-dead-women/

Where the 90 women who have died this year (Jan to Oct 2019) meaning over 2 women a week have been killed by men (or where a man is the principal suspect).

And the rough sex/sex games gone wrong defense which sees women killed by male partners/ex partners

I've looked at the 'We can't consent to this' website'

wecantconsenttothis.uk/

So my question is - how do I put this into a succinct Husting type question, what is the key thing to focus on, please?

Help greatly welcomed.
