Just saw the front page of the guardian at the supermarket - concern about use of rough sex defences.

The campaign group "we can't consent to this" was quoted.

I know that was set up by a poster on here after we discussed it on numerous threads do I just wanted to say well done. And let's keep the pressure up. I'm going to write to my MP.

I love that you came to mumsnet for a female-orientated perspective on one of the million things about life in general that is talked about here, and then stayed for the feminism!

What excellent coverage in the Guardian. Fiona you are a total hero. Thanks also to your volunteers including your press officer- what great work. Really really impressive what you have done together and all of the plans for what will happen next.
Your campaign supports all of us and our daughters by working to change the law and future practice, but also supports the women contributing to the site, and I can only imagine what this campaign must mean to the families of the women whose stories you have on the site. Thank you.
