But it has no bearing on his sexual predelictions .
Like you I find it irritating as it presents as part justification for his anti social actions. Must make those with LD / anxiety disorders who stay within the law feel even more irritated and marginalized .

If everywhere is either mixed sex/gender neutral/wherever pervs feel comfortable it will be impossible to be vigilant and further exposes women and girls to risk.

Be vigilant how? Any male in female facilities now only needs to say the magic words regardless of how they present or how many red flags they present, and there's nothing anyone can do until a woman actually has been harmed. (And very little will happen once they're harmed either.)

Vigilant by women going to the loo in pairs? In groups? With a security guard standing in there? By avoiding using public loos at all costs? Women are just being asked to submit to this quietly and deal with the fall out.
