Looks like the meeting went really well despite earlier efforts to deplatform, great work from NZ. No trouble for attendees entering or leaving.

I hope the rest of the world's politicians are paying attention to this. For Parliament to champion free speech by hosting this meeting, refusing to allow attempts to deplatform (by a university no less!), is refreshing to see.

She’s very brave. I admire her. It hasn’t got much press. I think people are afraid to be called names and shouted down.

I think it is quite clear that the press have been refusing to speak up for women for fear of being criticised, this has a ripple effect.

She is brave, and completely logical. Half of the world population being bullied is not a sustainable option!

So glad I had the opportunity to hear all those great speakers.
Yeah, the press have been surprisingly quiet since the location changed to the parliament. Wasn’t the case when Massey Uni was scared they might lose their Rainbow Tick had they continued to host the event on their premises🤔
