Well I'd give my mortgage to hear how gender achieves cogency !

Given it can simultaneously mean an innate essence that is indescribable and changes depending upon who has it, a set of rules and behaviours, something that you can have one day but not the next, something they're not everyone has and some people have it and then they don't have it, some people have more than one, and some people have one after the other.

But none of them can be objectively identified.

That is a second time they have suggested something in the GRA that isn’t there. They surely don’t expect the TRA practice of misquoting the law to work in court?!?!

I assume 'cogency' in this sense is a legal requirement for your belief to be protected. So, for example, Christianity or Scientology would meet the proof.

But not this thing that 99.9% of everyone in the world believes.

In x-x she also said she would not accept a panel made up of men and trans women was a mixed panel, and that demonstrates the absurdity of her beliefs. They are not worthy of respect in a democratic society bc that panel would be legally mixed.

Then it's working out which punishments will work for those that break the law, the obvious answer is reeducation camps.
