I've recently had an email from my child's primary school asking for feedback on their sex and relationships curriculum. They've included a copy of the 'Christopher Winter Teaching SRE Scheme' which included modules on differences between 'boys and girls' and 'male and female'. I'll be asking for more information on what this includes but I am GC and do not want my child being taught about pink brains and blue brains 🙄.
Does anyone have any experience or more detailed knowledge about this scheme? I will pen an email in response later but if there are any pertinent points or tips I'd love to hear them. I've emailed the HT once before re: Stonewall so I'm probably already earmarked as a troublemaker. She does seem very sensible though so I'm hopeful she'll understand my concerns.
