I'm risking deletion. Where to go now?

I'm on my first warning, and just posted something on another thread that will probably get me a second strike.

If there are any online or offline groups that GC women here are in, could someone PM me?

Thanks in advance, and solidarity.

Spinster, and Gender Critical on Reddit. I hope you find some other local groups too, there are the Resisters groups around the country. Hopefully you won't be banned form here though.

BarbaraStrozzi · 11/11/2019 13:52

Spinster (the rad fem alternative to Twitter) would be the obvious place to go.

If you can work within talk guidelines then do try to stay - this is an incredibly important platform simply because of its huge user base, wide range of users and many many lurkers.

bluetue · 11/11/2019 14:01

The gender critical thread on Reddit is really good

GeordieTerf · 11/11/2019 14:02

I have a feeling that the GC Reddit board will be shut down soon. It’s too popular.

Bezalelle · 11/11/2019 16:38

I'll check these out.

And I'll try not to get myself banned from here. I just get so ANGRY!

And breath 🍷

littlbrowndog · 11/11/2019 17:00

Or even breathe

HandsOffMyRights · 11/11/2019 17:03

DMd you.

Take screenshots of your posts though as we really don't know what warrants deletions these days!

OhHolyJesus · 11/11/2019 18:53

Have also DMd you. You've not gone yet!

koshkat · 11/11/2019 19:37

Spinster is great. No language police there at all.

Sexnotgender · 11/11/2019 19:39

I’m on a sticky wicket here too. I mainly lurk now as I get the rage and post biological fact and get a ban.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 11/11/2019 19:40

Haha join the club. Some naughty wee kiddies are scouring the site looking for offence and outrage, and reporting their distress.

Coldwatershock · 11/11/2019 21:48

It cheers me up that people lurk and report in a way. When I first came here I expected the site to be scorned and belittled because women run and use it. But it really must matter and be a threat if men and activists and general idiots are wasting their time policing, screenshotting, trolling etc. How powerful.

HandsOffMyRights · 11/11/2019 22:04

You've inspired me to join Spinster tonight.
Many names I recognise from my pre Twitter ban. Solidarity!

Creepster · 11/11/2019 22:06

It astonishes me that we get deleted here for things that twitter has no problem with, but twitter is a racist, homophobic, misogynist site.

Dreichdrizzle · 11/11/2019 22:09

"First they ignore you. Then they ridicule you. And then they attack you and want to burn you. And then they build monuments to you."

Somewhere in there "Then they report you on Mumsnet" fits.

HumberHellraiser · 11/11/2019 22:11

Please don’t get banned, stay canny and keep talking on here. It’s hard, I know.

ThighThighOfthigh · 11/11/2019 22:16

You can always have little holidays with us to cool off.

LangCleg · 11/11/2019 22:19

I quite like Spinster. There are endless rows though so you have to pretend you can't see them!

HandsOffMyRights · 11/11/2019 22:22

Oh really Lang still navigating my way round and have already spotted you on there (God that sounds slightly creepy reading it back) Hmm

LangCleg · 11/11/2019 22:28
HandsOffMyRights · 11/11/2019 22:32

Wine Thanks

Creepster · 11/11/2019 22:32

I highly recommend the thighsters for breaks when on the verge of screaming from the weight of the misogyny on FWR.

LangCleg · 11/11/2019 22:33

Did I find you, Hands?

HandsOffMyRights · 11/11/2019 22:40

Yes, you did Lang and thanks for the follow. Have now updated my name to match MN so hope to have more than 5 followers soon!
