Do policymakers know that they are changing laws and policies to allow people like this access to women's changing rooms, refuges, prisons etc? I feel like the general public doesn't realise this and perhaps a lot of policymakers don't realise it either.

Question. Many women here in the threads about changing rooms and sexual harassment of helpline volunteers have said that there are many incidents with men who want to shock random women by appearing in women's clothing/underwear. Is that a different fetish than AGP or is it the beginning stage of AGP?
