Journos with a feminist leaning?

I'm trying to raise awareness of the issues that Always products have been causing since they added scent to them.

Rashes, BV, thrush, etc.

I'm also concerned that they won't have done any long term studies of the introduction of such totally unnecessary chemicals to our vaginas.

Which journos have a leaning towards write ups on female issues that I could contact about this?

I want to highlight the issues around (a) suggesting we need to be scented (b) clearly not doing enough testing to see short term impacts on health and (c) get to the bottom of what long term studies they've done to satisfy themselves that such chemicals won't have other impacts.

Any suggestions welcome on raising profile in the media!

I have a thread here for info and if you want to add your story:

Allergic to scented sanitary products? Add your story here!www.mumsnet.com/Talk/_chat/3735349-allergic-to-scented-sanitary-products-add-your-story-here

PS: I have started a hashtag inspired by a Mumsnet post #dontfragrancemyflaps

I thought it captured the MN spirit rather well and is sufficiently amusing / tongue in cheek

This sounds right up the street of Emma Barnett... she did a book on periods About Bloody Time.

Not sure this is a Janice Turner topic, could be. Will have a think, brain has turned to mush today!
