Do you think these words said in the JY tribunal decision will be echoed in subsequent court cases where people may be accused of transphobic language?

We can all hope so!!!

It is common sense, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of that going around these days.

From a Canadian justice system, so not necessarily applied elsewhere, but does it mean they can ask to be addressed as a woman and we can refuse, or do we still have to go along with what they want (pronouns etc) but maintain the thought that we don't think of them as female?
