Fmeale students spared from having to visit him in his rooms, but might bump into him in the library.

So they waited until the complaints had graduated, and just let him back in?

I'd imagine their logic is much like that of the police and legislature when considering making misogyny a hate crime - if all the professors who sexually harass students were removed from their posts, especially at elite unis, there wouldn't be enough left to teach the students.

I'm very surprised to read this story. Surprised, that is, that he was ever removed from his post at all. I have never known that to happen, and I've known many cases of male academics sexually harassing students.

Hope they pelt him with bread rolls (and worse) when he's exercising his free lunch for life rights.

But, but all it takes is a single allegation of sexual misconduct to ruin a man's life forever.
