Police let domestic abusers walk free - Times today

It's not exactly news, but a piece and column that will be of interest to some here.

The idea that in order to be classified as a serial abuser, there needs to be more than one victim is appalling. It's tantamount to saying that it's ok for a man to beat up 'his' woman.
