I've just discovered podcasts (thanks to my hybrids). Sufferagette City: Make more Noise has been enjoyable; young, fun and rad fem! I do shout (in my head, not good look on the tube) and basically add to and/or disagree. Apologies for the long preamble, do you women have or know of excellen rad fem podcasts at all?

Also on Sufferagette City, there's a programme called Same Shit,Different Century which is about individual sufferagettes. I've been listening to one about Sophia Duleep Singh, an Indian based in the UK . Really interesting to see both the Empire and patriarchy at work. FYI, she was an amazing woman.

Bumping for the weekend. Listened to the clickoff one on raising kids in porn culture. Some good discussion.

Have just discovered Filia podcasts and listened to this one with Renate Klein today. Some brilliant points and very interesting.

Listen to Renate Klein from FiLiA Podcasts in Podcasts. podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/filia-podcasts/id1461524178?i=1000447756888

This is one for all fans of the Brave New World, or if you haven't read the book you might want to after listening.

And just consider the money being made from the market in eggs from healthy young women.

Fab. Some excellent recommendations.
I can't remember if it was Guilty Feminist or Feminists Dont Wear Pink, but I remember trying them out only to find myself on an episode that talked about taking the plunge and wearing jeans and going without makeup in public on a single occasion, then patting each other on the back about it.
My first thought was that yes, they definitely needed feminism, but I couldn't really bother to listen further.

Feminist Current is brilliant and she's had some great guests. Really to the point, topical and always interesting.
