Can't see a thread about this news from yesterday but apologies if it's already been discussed.

It's still higher than women's levels of testosterone. And it ruins women's sport. I want to see the best of women compete, not males who aren't good enough for male sport, but wreck women's sport. Most people don't get to be professional athletes for loads of reasons, competing in women's sport as a born male should be one of those reasons.

They're still way higher than the level allowed for women

. So are trans women women or not?

Not. It's not possible to change sex.

However, LGBT activists warn that this new method by the IAAF is fear-mongering. With trans people making up less than 1% of the population, they point out that there are not even enough known transgender athletes competing at the IAAF level to warrant this level of debate. How many elite-level transgender athletes can you name?

FFS. It doesn’t MATTER if it’s elite, top level, the Olympic 2016 800m women’s final, Masters track cycling, or Accrington Stanley Under 13 girls’ team: every time a male takes part, a woman or a girl misses out. Allowing males into elite women’s sport under the guise of “it's only a few” normalises the acceptance of males into women’s and girls’ sport across ALL levels. It needs to stop.

"Not. It's not possible to change sex."

Correct, and that is why transwomen should never be allowed in ANY spaces designated solely for use by women.
It really is that simple.
