Not sure if anyone has started thread on this already but BMJ which is probably most widely read medical journal in UK ran this story in most recent edition (front page in attached photo). It’s pretty critical about the current approach to gender dysphoria in children and specifically mentions the lack of published data from this study and the fact that suicidality appeared to have increased in those children who were started on puberty blockers
I don’t know how to link to electronic version sorry but will try to add images in next posts if I can

OMG I had this saved in my email to write about, so thanks OP!

I don't have time to stop and read the article but at least I had time to help with a clicky link. I'll look forward to seeing what everyone's said when I'm back.

It's here online, though you can't access unless a subscriber.

The BMJ had made it free to view, Scrimshaw. For a couple of weeks, I think.

Because of the interest in the article.

Gone back to subscription-only now.

That’s weird, paper version literally just published at end of last week. Perhaps online version is ahead? Sorry for duplication. However I think being on front page of BMJ will make many more doctors aware of the controversy surrounding this which can only be a good thing

Sorry for crossposts, other posts weren't showing.

I think this was a follow up/additional to Newsnight's work done here:
