Don't know how many of you listen to 6music, but just now on the Radcliffe and Maconie show, they talked about the potential for establishment of gender neutral categories for the Brit awards (I think) and were fairly critical about it. Specifically said female categories were set up to give women a fair and equal chance of winning awards in a male dominated industry. And felt that potentially from a female perspective this might be a retrograde step. Interesting.
And Mark Radcliffe also mentioned in the same piece with a degree of bemusement that the Old Vic were installing gender neutral toilets, whilst maintaining urinals...
Thought it was interesting.
