FOI request in Canada reveals that 7 out of 8 men transferred into women's prisons are violent

April Halley asked for stats. And the results are:

• 2 are in for 1st degree murder
• 3 for 2nd degree murder
• 2 for Schedule 1 offences which include sexual violence and other violence but not actually murder.

So that's 5 murderers and 2 rapists put into women's prisons. Women in Canada stand no bloody chance :(

I'm not surprised. I suspect that we would see similar statistics in the UK - given everything we know.

Shocking, yes, surprising? Not in the least.

This is what all sane people have told the idiots in charge would happen all along. It is the entirely predictable and predicted consequence of pandering to the lie of men being women.

But why is this being allowed to happen? Could we crowd fund a legal challenge in Canada? Do we have a link to some group we can support?

Are people challenging their elected representatives? I only know the Prime Minister so have no idea what the other elected reps are like.

Fucking hell. It's even worse than here, where at least we've managed only about a half of trans male inmates in women's prisons are Cat A or sex offenders.
