Slight quibble it really needs to be a bit of a decision tree to take into account people who had a penis in the past. Poor old Mr Bobbit isn't a woman.

I'm a woman as well. That probably explains those 3 babies I gave birth to. For a moment there I thought I might be Arnold Schwarzeneggar. Thank goodness that's been cleared up.

It should of said..."Were you born with a penis ? "

Which would of correctly sexed all the trans population too.

Just leaving the tiny born with a dsd population who have medical testing to tell them their sex, which is always male or female.

It really needed to be phrased: Do you have now or have you ever had a penis?

- very good. Just as an aside my DD has just had a data form to check for school and it says 'gender' F. I was tempted to cross out gender and out sex. I probably won't , but it irked me. She likes wearing boy shorts ( as they are more comfy and have pockets), and likes football. But also likes nail varnish.

I do not have a penis - I must be a woman. Yay!
