Actually, no.
What they're upset about is their false persona of being "nice" hasn't resulted in lots of sex from women. (Because women can smell a creep a mile off). They resent that all the effort they put into "being nice" hasn't paid off, because they see it as a trade off.
Being nice should = a shag in their minds.

They invented the term "friend zoned" which is apparently the worst fate ever for a dude. (That female friend won't suck you off, what a bitch).

So then they go and kill/rape/abuse a load of women! Obviously.

I don't think I want to let my psyche loose on what my gut instinct would like to do to him.

Hope they lock him up for a very, very long time.

That they create a bullshit name and cause and then behave like animals and blame it on women. When do you see packs of women behaving like this?

I had what I suspect was an incel, working for me this year. Highly unpleasant.

Levi Bellfield wasn't an incel as he was married (or had a partner) and had had girlfriends but he hated women and girls and used to run them over as well s attack, rape and kill them.

If online communities are giving rise to this then they need to be closed down, like Twitter brings MAPS paedophiles together in an online community, all this has gone way, way too far.

This is a deeply disturbing story but I am heartened at least that the article identifies what is going on in no uncertain terms with explicit reference to misogyny and entitlement.

A long and very stressful performance management period followed by a managed move. I hear that nothing has changed but I'm deliberately avoiding all association with him.

He was incredibly odd. Highly inappropriate at times, weirdly emotional, dependent (eg couldn't/wouldn't drive), oblivious to his exceptionally poor personal hygiene and horridly creepy. Would sit on his own unless pressed to socialise, spent HOURS on his personal computer by all accounts but was decidedly dreadful at IT skills in work.

A number of my other employees asked to have their personal details removed from the "social list" to ensure he couldn't contact them. I for sure would not have felt comfortable alone with him in a car for example and I'm vastly senior to him in the organisation.

Sounds it. All of his own making and these types take responsibility for nothing. Everything is your fault.
