My first post on this topic, so please excuse any mis-steps.

Snowsport England have worked with Gendered Intelligence to produce this guidance and infographic.

Is it just me or

1 - they imply sex and gender are interchangeable concepts from birth.
2- they are implying that intersex is a subset of trans
3- by not accidentally outing a trans person, a coach will have to ignore sex based categories for competition?

The intersex thing is terrible. The confusion between sex and gender is totally unnecessary. Also, it's not an infographic!
