Posting in haste, interesting article and makes me want to track my periods, I might perform better if I knew what to eat and when.

Garmin has a period tracking function, so it's very easy to integrate into your other performance data.

A major reason why Caster Semenya has a massive advantage over rivals and should be allowed to compete against women.

Interesting-I informally track and my performance dips just before my period and during; towards the end of it until ovulation I have loads more energy.
I do gymnastics and when I’m pmt I find I suffer with confusion (brain fog) and struggle to remember my routines.

I've started a boxing class and trained on the first day of my period last week. I found I had much less pain (endorphins?) and slept much better.

It's just interesting to see how our bodies respond when dietary needs are met around our periods, I've always wondered about the loss of iron but don't know much more, it's just interesting to hear what others know or have experienced.

I turn into a sloth during my period. I pretty much can handle a vigorous lounging with a heat pad and munchies an arms length away, interspersed with naps.

hmm all I can say is my PE teacher would never countenance any period-related slacking
