KD Lang on masculine women

KD Lang says society is threatened by masculine women. Is that correct in your experience?

Is that hostility to women who appear butch part of the trans problem? Is society less threatened and accepting of someone transitioning and probably appearing like a slightly effeminate man.

My view is we should be encouraging these gender non conforming women to embrace who they are.

Really not trying to offend just understand but as a straight woman I’ve often wonders why lesbians go for women like KD who are very masculine instead of feminine women (I’m aware some lesbians are attracted to feminjne women).

You kind of answered your own question there though, different people have different ideas of what is attractive.

As a bi woman, and generally speaking, what is attractive to me in a woman is not the same as what is attractive to me in a man.

Exactly.

I have a friend who is a very tall woman, men are definitely slightly threatened by her. I think it is just societal stereotyping at work.
