Why can't they just say no? Is there really anything to consider, even pending the outcome of the wax my balls tribunal, it really isn't that hard to say no to a man (or woman for that matter), you don't get to have time alone with a bunch of vulnerable children and adults, in a pool and encouraging them to be topless. I mean who does that?

It was discussed on a thread here. Rose of Dawn and Blair White both mentioned a swimming event in their Yaniv videos. I thought they were referring to the one organised by Encompass and supported by the council , which we discussed, and that Yaniv was piggybacking on to it. I didn't pick up that Yaniv was organising his own separate one.

How long do they need to think about this?

I know that some people on this forum think that JY is a "parody", that he is just doing it because he can, but I consider him a real and present danger.

You’d think the council would just say no. It’s possible they’re waiting for the outcome of the human rights tribunal. If JY loses it will be easier to say no - at the moment JY is in full litigation mode so they won’t want hassle. They may also be taking legal advice to give them confidence in turning it down.

Whatever else Yaniv is, attention-seeker is a word that always comes to mind when reading about the latest antics. Yaniv appears to be one of those people whose worst nightmare is not being the centre of attention. Mrs Yaniv has a great deal to answer for here, as elsie's tweets make it sound as if Mrs Y can see no wrong in her offspring. Most of us, faced with even a fraction of what JY is alleged to have done, would be desperately trying to get our child into some form of therapy/treatment.

I am trying to imagine in what circumstances it would be ok to organise a swimming event for children over 12 and not allow their parents or ‘caretakers’ to be present.

Re the comments from Morgan Oger, I don’t understand how she could write this and then tweet that the beauticians should have waxed JY as we ‘all have to do things we don’t like at work’.
