The amount of woo emanating from our legislators at any one time is striking. What are they all on for heaven's sake?

To be fair this is a form from the HR departments of the two Houses. There would not be any involvement of any legislators. I know, I used to work in Commons HR. Neither MPs nor Members of the Lords are the employers in either House.
