I love this!
Short extract:
As a team we have always been strong on the left wing, and this continues to be the case. Recently we have strengthened our midfield, and we also have some individual talent coming through on the right. Our greatest strength lies in our team players, and some of the most effective game strategy originates from the left wingers, but there is still room for an occasional genius with dazzling flair on the right wing. These players can attract controversy, it’s true, and the opposition has certainly tried to use them to drive a wedge between different sections of the squad, but it hasn’t worked. The men’s game has always been able to accommodate players of individual skill, even if they are not the best team players, and the women’s game should be able to do the same. The crowd certainly enjoys the occasional spectacle of a dazzling run down the right wing, stunning the opposition with a well-timed cross into the heart of their chaotic defence.
