Not seen any other promotion of it. No doubt the 'right' organisations will all have had plenty notice given to them about it though!

I have pretty much answered dont know to most questions but in each extra information bit, made it clear the need for specific distinction between sex and gender, and the need for them to make clear what they are asking about, sex or gender. Also said that gender was not ideal, its sex data they need to be collecting.

Can resident outside of Scotland fill it in?

I mentioned sex rather a lot. Made clear that correct protected characteristics included sex and gender reassignment not gender identity. So they'll probably bin my one.

Has someone flagged this to WPUK, Fair Play, transgender trend, Scottish Women etc?
