Dear all
I just wanted to draw your attention to this organisation if you don't already know it -AAFDA aafda.org.uk/ . They provide support to families where an individual has died/been killed/committed suicide in context of domestic abuse. Lots of different help but including help to put pressure on authorities to undertake inquest or domestic homicide review. They are really good - lots of useful resources on their website (am admirer of their work not connected to them!). Fear many families don't know their rights to require state inquiries and often neither informed or supported to act on them.
