Gender neutral bathrooms

I wrote this short piece on the hypocrisy surrounding the bathroom debate.

I think it is very important not to lose sight of the effect of these debates on women's rights internationally. For better or for worse (in this case, for worse), Western countries' human rights policies might be taken as standards to be followed, which could have nefarious consequences for women's rights all over the word.

Good piece Alessandra. I was always puzzled by how Penny Mordaunt could seemingly support the removal of women's loos in the UK while, wearing her Minister of Overseas Development hat, support their construction in the developing world. But she seemed not to mind the cognitive dissonance. It's all so fucking grim.

I have been banned from Twitter, for criticising womb transplantation in transwomen. It is hateful conduct, apparently. Threatening women with rape and death is not. Obviously.

It's so fucking racist. Like white men are less likely to rape and assault women than those nasty brown and black men who are one removed from savages.

I told Twitter they made a mistake. Not sure it counts as an appeal. Unsurprisingly, it did not work. The last thing I wanted to do is beg to be allowed back in. I am sure Twitter offices are full of incels who get off on making women beg.
