That was a great thread in AIBU. Was 99 % that the op,was being unreasonable.

So many women writing great posts.
Not sure tha5 a year ago would have been same

It’s getting noticed now not being hidden anymore

I also grew up in the 70s and my otherwise politically incorrect, Depression-era Dad absolutely made sure I wasn't held back by being a girl, neither did my Mum but not as overtly.
I agree @NeurotrashWarrior that is was difficult for "feminine" boys. Didn't mean they were trans. Could easily mean they are gay.

I know right, Dog and I was searching the first couple of pages for familiar FWR regulars' usernames, but didn't recognise any at a glance (though I've been busy elsewhere for a while). GC increasingly mainstream.

DtPeabodysLoosePants · 03/07/2019 06:54

Ffs they deleted it?? HQ trying to make out it's only us nasty feminists that object to the erosion of women's rights and want to protect children from being medicalised and destroying their bodies.

SlipperyLizard · 03/07/2019 07:09

How ridiculous that thread was deleted - it clearly showed that it isn’t just FWR who can’t see the Emperor’s clothes.

I believe sport really will be the issue that makes the general population understand that TWAW is meant literally and not just “so let’s use preferred pronouns and pretend”.

NeverEverAnythingEver · 03/07/2019 08:25

Deleted? Shock

Satterthwaite · 03/07/2019 11:12

It appears to be back...
