Hi @haywardgallery, could you explain to me how promoting and allowing children to view your recent exhibition 'Kiss My Genders' should not be considered a form of non-contact child sexual abuse? I shall explain why I think it might be in the next few tweets.
The NSPCC (while having its own issues with fetishes around children) does provide a definition of non-contact child sexual abuse. As it has statutory powers their definition of non-contact child sexual abuse does have a legal weight.

Your exhibit 'Kiss my Genders' includes celebration of a rubber fetish, an image of a fully erect penis, potential pornographic material, a symbolic gang rape.
You target this sexualised exhibition at children as young as 4 years old. Thus is it not non-contact-CSA?
Here is the promotional film for what the @haywardgallery has deemed acceptable for ages 4+ (h/t @sarahstuartxx) :

Oh. Well.
This is an interesting one...
This isn't going to play out well.
