No, I think what happened is the Twitterbot saw the words 'trans woman' and 'dude' in the same tweet and jumped to a conclusion about the meaning.

I was surprised which tweet earnt him a pitifully short suspension but yes I'd guess it's an algorithm glitch.

It's quite sad towards the end. He's really trying to engage in a discussion, but just can't stop mansplaining EVEN THOUGH HE ACKNOWLEDGES HE'S DOING IT.
