I've just completed a survey for my professional institution and it has a whole section on gender options, if you're the same gender that you were assigned at birth etc etc

I ticked orbs and elaborated for each one.

Is there an option to be genderfree? If you don’t have or recognise a gender then you might find you are being unfairly excluded from the survey. Could you contact them to ask for a genderfree option for members who wish to be categorised by sex class?

‘Gender free’ means something different in this context: it’s a ‘gender’ in itself. Ticking that box still signifies you accept the premises of the ideology.

Yeah I'm not into the gender free thing. It's still a part of the whole pigeon holing game.

There was a great response for this recently I really should have written down...
