Letter in solidarity with Helen Steel

As I'm sure many of you know, Helen Steel, a woman who has spent her life fighting for various causes, was recently thrown out of a protest walk organised by the Land Justice Network. She was removed, not because she had done anything wrong at the camp, but because she had previously expressed her concerns regarding the impact of amendments to the GRA on women's rights.

There has been a letter put together for people to sign in solidarity with this amazing woman. If you feel able to sign it, the instructions are in the letter here

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this.

Bump.

Do you really think Helen Steel is a bigot?

No. And neither does anyone else worth a light.

DpWm · 19/05/2019 09:07

I had heard about this.
Didn't know about the letter thanks!

Thanks for this

I disagree with Helen Steel on many things, but I'm very sure she's being bullied, and that is not OK

Not bumping at all. Isn't the weather lovely for the time of year?

Yet another powerful letter about the continued abuse of this woman - and also signed by some inspiring women and men.
Thank you for sharing OP.
